What are you care instructions for your products?

Hand wash COLD, lay flat to dry are my care instructions for ALL my products no matter what the fiber content.  You put so much time into that finished object I want it to last you a long time!  Please, please, please take my word for it to use COLD water.  I use professional, commercial dyes to dye my yarns and I follow every dye job with a commercial strength detergent soak that is non-toxic, PH-neutral, and proven to release any unbound dye matter from the yarn.  That being said some red and blue dyes are notoriously difficult to set 100% so some slightly tinged water upon blocking is OK (as long as you’ve used cold water) and will not redeposit onto anything else in the bath.  If you are planning on doing a multicolor project using my yarn and want to be extra cautious about the dyes in yarns not bleeding or redepositing hand wash in COLD water with a dye catcher or use Synthrapol as your blocking detergent and keep a close eye on the item while it’s soaking.

What is your refund policy?

Products can be returned within 30 days as long as it has not been washed, knitted or used otherwise.  Shipping and handling costs are not refunded.  Please select a shipping carrier that provides tracking and provide us with a tracking number with your returned item and as soon as we receive your item we will refund you your purchase price.

What shipping method do you use?

I ship exclusively through USPS which by comparison is actually the cheapest option.  I ship First Class using compostable mailers.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely!  My website isn’t set up for international shipping but I would be happy to fill your international order.  Just contact me via the “contact us” page with your earth coordinates and which items you wish to purchase and I can send you an accurate shipping quote along with an invoice.

Do you only take credit card payments via PayPal?

At this time all our payments are processed via PayPal.  You can choose to pay using an existing PayPal account or when first directed to the PayPal website there is a small option at the bottom to pay as a guest.  If you opt for the guest payment method you can pay using any major credit card.  In order to keep costs down for our customers we have found this is the best option.

I can’t find what I want on your website.  Are your products sold anywhere else?

My products are only available through me on my website.  I am not focused on quantity but rather quality and I choose to remain a one woman show.  In order to keep costs as low as possible I choose not to wholesale my products to stores but instead to sell directly to the consumer.
